Yoga & Mindfulness Routine

To support physical balance and mental clarity, students participate in simple yoga, kundalini yoga and breathing exercises. These sessions help reduce stress, improve focus, build flexibility, and strengthen emotional stability. It’s a steady routine that teaches students healthy habits for life.
Safety & Multi-Tier Security
The hostel is protected round the clock with trained guards, CCTV monitoring, fire-safety systems, and strict entry protocols. All movements are supervised, ensuring that every student is safe at all times. Safety checks, emergency equipment, and rules for disciplined behaviour are followed daily to maintain a secure environment.
